We must not overlook the children of all churches, big and small. Having grown up in church and been a teacher for many years, I deeply understand why children leave the church as they grow up. Parental divorce, changes in educational policies, interpersonal issues within the church, the absence of someone to confide in, a feeling of being unneeded, and a lack of freshness and stimulation.
I myself once strayed from my faith, like the prodigal son. However, through my parents’ prayers and God’s grace, I was able to return to church at the age of 42. And now, as a parent to a son, I have a strong desire to help children with a similar experience to remain in the faith. I want to create a system to encourage “children to remain in church.”
My proposal for this is the metaverse space “Model Town.” It provides a place where children can meet their peers and engage in spontaneous, stimulating, and enjoyable collaborative work. We will digitally create activities, outside of regular worship services, to give them a different experience, like what you find in summer camps, musical events, and food bank volunteering.
The aim is not just for play, but for children to “need someone and be needed by someone.” The means to achieve this is programming, through which the children will teach each other. Through connecting with church schools worldwide and using AI translation for communication, they will be able to freely create the metaverse.
Model Town is accessible to any church, no matter how small or few children it has. It conveys the understanding that believing in God is not a restricted life limited to worship, but an infinite possibility of connecting and interacting with Christians around the world.
Creating in the metaverse with unlimited resources, free self-expression, and the reassurance of being able to redo things as many times as needed fills children with joy. It’s similar to the excitement of how we felt when we first created our own websites.
What they create is entrusted to each church, and the operating side will also provide various events. Furthermore, the price of digital tokens usable within Model Town varies according to household income, allowing some children to use it for free. Tokens are used for participation fees and as payment for peer-to-peer coding lessons, with a small service fee collected. In the future, they may also carry investment value.

Most importantly, in tthe metaverse world, children are allowed to easily say, “I’m in trouble.” Our “GS Peer Support” system, where GS stands for Good Samaritan, uses AI to match those in need with those who can help. Children can choose whether to continue their own creative activities or help someone in need. Even if helping reduces their available time, the experience of genuinely considering the value of acting for others will bring growth and joy rooted in self-sacrifice.
This may not be a perfect solution. But I would like to act now to contribte to a future where all children can grow as invaluable members within the church community.

How Your Investment Will Be Utilized
Cloud Server Setup and Annual Maintenance: ¥100,000
This funding will support the cloud infrastructure, enabling up to 2,000 children worldwide to access the platform, connect with peers, and build friendships.
Development of the In-Platform Crypto Token for Model Town
This token will serve as a means for children to express gratitude and appreciation within the Model Town ecosystem. Our long-term vision is to develop this token to a point where it can be utilized for real-world transactions in the future.
Marketing and Outreach to Churches
A portion of the funds will be allocated to promotional activities aimed at various churches. The goal is to encourage broad participation and cultivate a large and engaged community of users and supporters for Model Town.
